Basically you make your own cabbage soup because you can never buy this ready made or pre-cooked from any grocery store or food chain.
The ingredients are very simple. You only need lots and lots of cabbage, a few carrots, celery sticks, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and soup stock (chicken or beef).
How to Prepare:
- Simply saute the onion and garlic in a lightly oiled pot

- Add the cabbage and simmer.
