But I am not discounting the fact that doing exercise such as aerobic exercise is still far better in terms of benefits. For instance, when we walk or jog or dance, we don’t only burn calories, the heart also benefits as well because of the cardio exercise. Plus, the movement strengthens the bones and the joints, helping lessen the risk of developing arthritis.
