Drink plenty of water. Sounds very simple? It is, but it is also very effective.
What you should do is eliminate any sweet beverage, be it soda drinks or fruit juices, which are literally laden with sugar, and drink only pure water. The minimum consumption should be 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
Water is also believed to be a very effective natural appetite suppressant.
Drinking water can never go wrong. Drink upon waking up in the morning, as you eat your breakfast, at mid morning when you take your snack, at lunch, during your mid afternoon snack, before dinner, during dinner, and before going to bed.
