Portion Control and Dieting

So you really love meat.

And so you take your meat, match box size, and stare at it for some time. Then you begin to enjoy it. In such a short time, it’s gone. Then you find yourself thinking: should I get another one?

Portion control comes in, with a 20 minute waiting time. This simply means you have to wait 20 minutes after eating the sensible portions, and then see if you still feel hungry. Nine times out of ten, you won’t. But if you still feel hungry, get a little more, just enough to satisfy your self.  Then that’s it!
