Losing Weight and Rewarding Yourself!

A good way to be motivated when working hard to lose weight is to reward yourself for every accomplishment you make.

For instance, for every pound or kilo that you lose, buy new clothes that will compliment the new, slimmer you. They don’t have to be branded and expensive; what’s important is that they will accentuate the fact that you lost weight … and that you look absolutely better!

Do not hesitate to give yourself awesome rewards for weight loss.

Go out with friends or family to celebrate, but just make sure eating is not part of the agenda. Go to a bowling alley, a karaoke bar, a badminton court, go to a spa, or better yet to a beauty salon and have a makeover.

Buy something new; a new pair of shoe perhaps, or sandals …

or a bag …

Scents are also nice gifts for the self …

Feel good about your accomplishments. But always remember not to overdo it, or to make it an excuse to splurge.
