Do Things Differently to Lose Weight

Eliminate routine and make losing weight more exciting!

Here’s my suggestion.

Start your weight loss program this way:

Week 1 – Drink 8 glasses of water everyday – at the minimum!

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!

Week 2 – Take 30 minute walks early in the morning, and on

Week 3:  Take another 30 minute walks in the evening;

Take morning and evening walks!

Week 4: Do belly dancing; do it with your with friends!

Belly Dancing!
